Dana Pittman joined PPI-Time Zero in May, 2004. He has been in operations management for 35 years. During his career, Pittman was employed with two divisions of General Electric. After GE, Pittman entered the contract manufacturing sector and has managed companies with annual gross revenues up to $350M.
The business sectors Dana Pittman has directed include industrial, automotive, defense, aerospace and medical device manufacture. Pittman has also managed businesses offshore and installed multiple operations in Mexico. Pittman is a graduate of GE’s Management Training Program and holds degrees in Tool Engineering/Design and Management and Organizational Development.
Michael J. Shelor
EVP of Quality
Mike Shelor has over 30 years of experience in the high technology electronics industry in manufacturing, quality, and reverse logistics holding key executive positions at Logistics Management Inc., Enterprising Service Solutions, GENICOM Corporation, and General Electric.
His hands on approach, depth of knowledge and understanding that all work is accomplished through people, processes and systems has allowed him to build an enviable portfolio of qualifications earned during a career of progressive responsibility and achievement.
Particular areas of expertise include returns management, P&L management, operations and supply chain management, quality, business planning, project management, and process design.
EVP of Sales and Marketing
Joe Litavis joined PPI-Time Zero in January of 2012 having spent 28 years in the electronic manufacturing services industry. Prior to joining PPI Time Zero, Mr. Litavis was employed at Epic Technologies as their Vice President of Sales Operations.
Mr. Litavis has also had a long standing career working for Sanmina-SCI Corporation (formally HADCO) for 21 years in a variety of senior sales and marketing management positions.
Mr. Litavis has a very diverse background providing outsourcing solutions across multiple industries with a primary focus in Medical, Industrial and Military market segments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts.
Corporate Materials Executive
Barry Weinraub joined PPI-Time Zero in July, 2007. Barry has over 30 years experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. He started his career at Timeplex, LLC in New Jersey where he held several positions including Senior Vice President of Operations for over 10 years. Barry was directly responsible for world wide multi plant operations in Ireland, Puerto Rico and New Jersey. Barry is CPIM certified.
Michael A. Hatfield
Director of Engineering
Michael Hatfield joined PPI-Time Zero in November, 2013. Michael has 28 years of diversified engineering, manufacturing and military experience. He started his engineering career in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in the emerging field of Reverse Osmosis Water Purification. After his military service, he was employed for 20 years with two divisions of General Electric. Mr. Hatfield has an extensive knowledge in the field of electronics manufacturing, an expert of surface mount technology, and is an authority in printed circuit board design. Mr. Hatfield has implemented numerous initiatives including, IPC Certification, ITAR Control, ISO 9001 Certification, Six Sigma Quality, and LEAN Manufacturing. Mr. Hatfield is a graduate of NIT and holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Computer Technology.
Manager of General Ledger & Finance
Vicki Bolic joined PPI/Time Zero in 1998. She has extensive experience in inventory and logistics management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, financial reporting and cost accounting. Ms. Bolic is responsible for the supervision and control of the general ledger and monthly reporting. Ms. Bolic interfaces with external auditors on a regular basis and is actively involved with year-end tax preparation. Ms. Bolic is a graduate of Ashworth College and holds numerous certificates for advanced studies.
Manager of Cost Accounting & HR
David Skinner joined PPI-Time Zero, Inc. in February of 2008. Skinner has over 20 years of experience within various manufacturing industries (telecommunications and healthcare) with proven success in cost/inventory accounting, operations finance, financial analysis, and human resource/payroll management. Prior to PPI Time Zero, Inc. Mr. Skinner was employed at Timeplex LLC, a company owned by Platinum Equity in New Jersey, and held various positions including Cost Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and Financial Consultant. Mr. Skinner was directly responsible for all financial reporting, cash management, human resource and payroll management. Mr. Skinner graduated from Felician College with a BA in Business Management.
